1. No Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final, and Snatched RYT operates a strict no refund policy.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstance:

Goods are not delivered within:

10 working days for deliveries within South Africa; or
-
15 working days for deliveries within the SADC region.

Where these delivery timelines are exceeded and no valid explanation is provided by the company, the customer may request a full refund.
2. Damaged or Broken Items
If any item is received damaged, broken, or defective, the customer may return the product to Snatched RYT for an exchange.
Please note the following conditions:

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the damaged item.

The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Snatched RYT will gladly replace it with the same product or an equivalent product of equal value.
3. Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives the wrong item due to an error by Snatched RYT, the company will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with fragrance preference or personal taste

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Failure to read product descriptions before purchase

Delays caused by courier companies beyond the stated delivery timeframe
